We had a fun Halloween this year. It might have had to do with the fact that we got to celebrate the holiday for 4 days or it could have been because Ellie was the cutest little chicken I ever saw. Probably both. On Thursday night our ward had the "trunk or treat" at the church and this is where Ellie learned how great Halloween is. She thought it was so neat that she just had to walk around and stick out her hand and she got candy. Rob dressed up at Nacho Libre and it was pretty fun. He even grew a real mustache. On Friday we got to go to Rob's work to do trick or treating (by this time Ellie knew how this worked) and then we had a party with friends at our house. On Saturday we went trick or treating to some houses but unfortunately it rained and hailed so that didn't last too long. Ellie loved her chicken costume and wanted to wear it all of the time. Now we are all trying to recover from so much fun and too much sugar.
