This morning we took a bike ride up the coast of the North Shore. It was a refreshing ride. Then we spent some more time at Shark's Cove snorkeling. Rob was super excited because he saw another sea turtle. This time he had his snorkle on and actually swam around with the turtle for a while. When we were done there we get ready for the PCC. Sarah had talked this place up quite a bit so Rob was anxious to see what was in store. The first village that we visited was Tahiti. There we tasted some coconut bread and got some washable tatoos. Next we watched the conoe pagent -- dancers from the different islands performed dances on the river canoes. It was fun to watch the dances but right in the middle it started sprinkling, then raining, then pouring. By the time it was over we were pretty wet. The sun eventually came out and we dried off. We then visited the Samoan village and it was great. The presenter showed us how to make fire, open a coconut, make coconut milk, and climb a palm tree. The presenter was quite funny. Next at the Tongan village Rob learned to do a dance and we listened to some cool drumming. We went to a luau for dinner tonight. There was some awsome food and dancing. Our favorite part was the Kalua Pork. Later we went to the night show and saw a lot of cool polynesian dancing. Rob's favorite part was the Fire dancing that ended the show. The best fire dancer was the same guy who presented at the Samoan villiage. He did some amazing things with the fire including puting it on his feet for about 20 whole seconds. We got a picture with him before the show began. Overall it was a great experience.
